We collect information you provide directly (name, email address, business details), information generated through your use of the Service (scan events, reward redemptions, feature usage), and payment information processed on your behalf by Paymob. We do not store full payment card numbers.

We use collected information to provide and operate the Service, send transactional emails and Wallet card updates, improve features and resolve issues, communicate with you about your account and subscription, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (such as email delivery and payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements, and with government authorities when required by applicable law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage, and strict access controls. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights

We use essential session cookies required for the Service to function. We may also use analytics cookies to understand usage patterns. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.
