1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeepComing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Description of Service
KeepComing is a digital loyalty card platform that enables small businesses ("Merchants") to create and manage customer loyalty programs. End users ("Customers") join programs and collect stars redeemable for rewards, delivered through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paymob, our authorized payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with no payment method required.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited messages, collect customer data without consent, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, content, and trademarks within KeepComing are owned by or licensed to us. You retain full ownership of your shop data and customer information.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KeepComing and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
